My trip to Atlanta

I just return from a great trip to Atlanta.  Not only was it great to get away for a couple of days.  It was a super educational event.  I attend a class on new shades and great new foiling techinques.  Now is the time to starting thinking about your new spring look.  So call 912-660-6148 to book your appointment to discuss your new fresh spring look.

The Salon

Oaisis Island Salon will be closed this Sat. the 5th due to education.  I will be traveling to Atlanta for a color class.  Knowledge is power.  I also have completed my three day orientation with Goldwell.  It was a intense training but very rewarding.  I think that I will  at least prepared to start the week long training that is taking place in Balitmore between Mar 19th -24th.  I know this will take me away from the salon, but it will benefit all my clients in the end.  Thank you all for your support. We have a winner….   Her name is Heidi Haller. She has been a long time client.  Heidi has a great personality, and love of life.  I am happy that she won, but sadden that not all my clients couldnt win.  Look forward to more great things to come in 2011…… Thanks again for everyone that entered.

GREAT NEWS AT THE OASIS ISLAND SALON

For the past several months I have been trying to get on with Goldwell as a educator.  I learned today that I will start my training in March.  I love educating other stylist and helping them achieve their goals.  I have had great mentors over the last 27 years in this industry.  I want to give another stylist the opportunitys that I have had.  No room for ego in this industry.  This will no effect the salon only enhance it.  I look forward to sharing my discovers with all of you.

Holiday Season

The holiday season is here.  Just two more days until Christmas and the arrival of Santa.  I want to wish everyone a safe and wonderful holiday.  I want to express my greatest thanks and love to all my clients that make it possible to do what I love.  Without them and their support it would not be possible.  Thank you all and see you next year.
